Shipping Discounts Offered! Please Read.
If you are purchasing multiple items, please do not pay until I send you a final invoice so that I can combine your purchases. Be sure the Paypal email payments are to hurst8047@windstream.net. (Insurance is already included in shipping cost.) Your final invoice will reflect the shipping discount. Discounts can be applied to purchases up to $50.00. You pay the largest shipping & your other items will ship for only 2.00 each. (Excludes all Wonder Mat and Wonder products.)
Returns:
If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or you are not satisfied with it, contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will give you instructions for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges. Be sure to keep all Original packaging & contents. Orders returned over $50 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
All merchandise is processed 1-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Then please allow 7 to 12 business days actual transit time and (5-10 business days transit time for floor tiles). (Please allow extra time during peak & holiday seasons.) Items ship by UPS from California. Shipping rates are for the continental U.S. 48 states only. We are currently unable to ship to military APO/FPO or p.o. boxes at this time.
